Contact Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue And Donate

If you have questions about adopting, fostering, volunteering, or supporting our work in other ways, we are always glad to hear from you. Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue runs almost entirely on volunteer time, so we may not answer immediately, but every message is read and appreciated.

Mailing Address

You can send letters, adoption paperwork, or checks to our mailing address:

Midwest Boston Terrier Rescue
PO Box 1842
Lansing, MI 48901

This address is used for administrative mail and donations rather than as a public shelter. Our dogs live in foster homes across the region, and meetings with potential adopters are scheduled individually once an application has been approved.

General Inquiries

For most questions, including those about available dogs, surrendering a Boston Terrier, or learning how to volunteer, the best first step is to complete the contact form on this page. Please include your city and state, a brief description of your situation, and the best way to reach you. If you are writing about a dog in immediate danger, such as one at risk of euthanasia in a shelter, mark the message as urgent and provide as many details as possible.

Donations And Financial Support

Medical treatment is our largest expense. Many of the dogs we take in need more than basic vaccines. They may require airway surgery, heartworm treatment, dental work, or long term medication for chronic conditions. Adoption fees rarely cover these costs. Donations from individuals, families, and local businesses bridge the gap and let us say yes when a shelter calls about a dog with serious needs.

If you would like to support this work, you can donate by check using the mailing address above or, if you prefer online giving, by using the secure donation button integrated on this page. Recurring monthly donations, even in modest amounts, make it easier for us to plan ahead and commit to expensive medical cases without hesitation.

Other Ways To Help

Not everyone can adopt or foster, but almost everyone can do something. Sharing posts about adoptable dogs, running small fundraisers at workplaces or schools, and talking with friends and family about responsible ownership all contribute to fewer dogs in crisis. If you have skills in graphic design, writing, event planning, transport coordination, or social media, mention that in your message; we often have projects that can use exactly those talents.

Thank you for caring about Boston Terriers in need. Every email, every shared link, every donated dollar, and every hour of volunteer time brings us closer to a world where no Boston Terrier is left without a safe place to sleep and someone to call their own.
